Bienvenue sur Haiko ! En utilisant notre application, vous et votre fidèle compagnon acceptez les présentes conditions. Prenez le temps de les lire pendant que votre chien fait la sieste.

1. Purpose of the Application

Haiko is a mobile application dedicated to dog owners, designed to track walks, record GPS routes, and monitor your pet's activity statistics.

2. Registration and User Account

To use Haiko, you must create an account by providing accurate information (email, name, and dog's profile). You are responsible for the security of your password and the activity on your account.

3. Geolocation and Personal Data

Haiko relies on geolocation to function (route tracking). By accepting these Terms, you consent to the processing of your location data. This data is stored securely and kept strictly confidential. For more information, please consult our Privacy Policy.

4. User Behavior

The application is designed for personal tracking use. Users agree to:

• Maintain control of their pet during walks.
• Prioritize animal welfare and respect local regulations (leash laws, waste cleanup).
• Not use Haiko for illegal or commercial purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

All graphic elements, logos, texts, and code within the Haiko application are the exclusive property of Haiko App. Any unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

6. Responsabilité

Nous faisons de notre mieux pour assurer la disponibilité et l'exactitude de l'application. Cependant, Haiko est fourni "tel quel". Nous ne saurions être tenus responsables en cas de panne de GPS, de perte de données ou d'incidents survenus lors d'une balade. Gardez toujours un oeil sur votre chien et sur la route !

7. Modifications des CGU

Nous nous réservons le droit de modifier les présentes conditions. Vous serez averti en cas de changement majeur (pas pour de simples corrections de fautes d'orthographe).
