Data Deletion

We design Haiko to be fundamentally respectful of your privacy. You can, at any time, request the complete deletion of your personal data and GPS history.

Option 1: Deletion via the Application (Recommended)

This is the simplest and most immediate method:

• Open the Haiko app on your smartphone.
• Navigate to Profile > Settings (the gear icon).
• Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
• Confirm your decision.

Your account, your dog's profile, and all of your GPS routes will be permanently wiped from our servers within a few minutes.

Option 2: Deletion via Email

If you no longer have access to the app or your phone, you can request account deletion by emailing us.

• Send an email to: privacy@haiko.app
• State in the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
• Ensure you write to us from the email address exactly associated with your Haiko account so we can securely verify your identity.

We will process your request within a maximum of 15 calendar days.
